These spectacular christening outfits were made for a Romany Gipsy lady I knew.
The dress which you can't really see the detail of....:-(......such a shame...detail of the coat is on the left, it had a sailor type collar...they were encrusted with pearls, sequin lace and diamonte studs. Had fine silver trimming which you can just about see on the collar and cuffs of the boy's jacket.
The dress was so long it nearly reached the floor!!!!!!!!!!.........did I really have the patience to make these????.......can't imagine doing it now.....LOL
